Within the scope of this module, it is aimed that individuals get an idea about the legal issues they may encounter in elderly ages, and have basic knowledge about their rights and obligations, the scope of which has expanded with the developing technology. Through the topics covered within the framework of the module, individuals will gain a certain level of competence about the basic principles of law, personal rights and privacy, protection and processing of personal data, and the establishment and functioning of associations and foundations. Thanks to this competence, individuals will be able to actively interpret basic issues such as contract, inheritance, donation, personal data, social security, which are seen in many areas of life, and will be able to evaluate freely in the light of their own knowledge and skills while deciding on these issues.

In this direction, within the framework of the Golden Age Platform, this legal literacy module, designed under five main topics related to the most fundamental issues of law, includes content on the basic concepts of law, fundamental rights and freedoms, basic concepts of civil law, protection of personal data and associations.
